Italia Reservations specializes in offering weekly rentals of personally-selected restored farmhouses and villas located in Tuscany and Umbria. We also work with a number of carefully selected B&B's; these have a 3 night minimum stay or longer in peak seasons.

Personalized Service

Unlike many of the companies dealing in Italian rental properties, we offer very personalized service. Many of our houses are private residences during much of the year therefore providing guests with an intimate view of Italian domestic pleasures. We are familiar with most of the houses—having actually stayed in many of them—and are up to date on their suitability for varying groups and needs.

Local Contacts

To help you select the house that is right for you, we thoroughly discuss your individual requirements. When you arrive at your Italian house, you will be greeted personally by one of our local managers or the owners themselves. They will thoroughly orient you to the house and provide you with information about local festivals, musical events, cultural attractions and recreational opportunities on and off the main tourist beat.
