Villa Regie appears almost austere with its study 18th century architecture and the dominant position on the hill. It offers a panoramic view of the entire valley on a sunny day. The surroundings are unspoiled nature at its most beautiful.

The villa offers modern comforts in a house that has retained its original architecture (the old ocra stones of the façade, the vaulted halls, the beamed ceilings and the cotto floors). It provides you a wonderful balance between appreciation of the past and a desire for the modern conveniences of today's life in Siena.

On the ground floor there is a sunny kitchen with a fireplace. Two glass doors provide access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas oven, a full sized refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster.

An arch leads you from the kitchen to the living room with its welcoming fireplace and two couches. Beyond is a bedroom with two full-sized beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

One floor up there are three bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, one with a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate large shower, and the third bedroom comes with a double bed, a bathtub and sink in the room, and a separate toilet room.
