This is a perfect location to begin your explorations of the art filled Medieval

Villa San Gio is an independent villa, which can host up to 10. It is made up of three apartments, each one with its' own entrance, all of them spacious. It is perfect for people traveling together and just wanting some privacy.
San Gio enjoys a sunny, panoramic location among the hills, oaks, and olive groves, vineyards and fields of grain. Again we can appreciate the stern appearance of the strong and simple architecture of the 18th century.
San Gio is composed of the main villa and an annex joined through the inner courtyard.
Ground FloorLa Loggia can host 4 persons. It is composed of a large kitchen-living room with a fireplace and two double bedded rooms wach one with an en suite bathroom with stall shower.
Il Granaio on the first floor can host 4 people. It has a large kitchen-living room with fireplace, and two double-bedded rooms each one with an ensuite bathroom with a shower or bathtub.
The AnnexLa Corte can host 2 people. It is composed of a large kitchen-living room with Fireplace and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower next to the kitchen, and one bedroom with a double bed upstairs. The décor is a perfect example of authentic Tuscan style: brick floors, beamed ceilings, Warm colors and quaint wooden country furniture. The kitchen of the annex opens on to The courtyard with room for all to gather comfortably. The houses are well located for visiting Siena, Perugia, Assisi Both houses are nicely painted in pastel colors and well decorated.
